No Refund Policy for Charsur Arts Foundation
At Charsur Arts Foundation, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences in the realm of Carnatic music through our workshops, events, promotions, and festivals. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined our No Refund Policy below, which is applicable to all transactions made through our platform.
1. Young Talent Promotion
- Non-Refundable Registration: All registrations for events under the Young Talent Promotion initiative are non-refundable. This includes competitions, concerts, and other related activities.
- Transferability: Registrations and passes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other events.
2. Paathashaala – Workshops by Gurus and Leading Performing Artistes
- Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid for Paathashaala workshops are non-refundable, regardless of attendance.
- Content Access: Access to workshop recordings is provided as per our policy and cannot be refunded or extended beyond the stipulated period.
3. Mid-Year Music Festival
- Non-Refundable Passes : Passes for the Mid-Year Music Festival are non-refundable. This applies to individual event passes as well as festival passes.
- Event Postponement: In case of postponement, passes will be honored for the new dates. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is canceled by Charsur Arts Foundation.
4. December Season Music Festival
- Fest Passes : All Passes for the December Season Music Festival are final and non-refundable.
- Non-Transferable Passes: Festival passes and individual event passes are non-transferable and must be used by the original donor.
5. Marghazhi Sangeetotsavam
- Non-Refundable Festival Passes: Passes for Marghazhi Sangeetotsavam are non-refundable once Issued.
- Policy on Event Changes: No refunds will be issued for schedule changes or artist substitutions.
6. Sangitaka Grha
- Non-Refundable Fees: All fees related to the Sangitaka Grha initiative, including membership and participation fees, are non-refundable.
- Access and Use: Access to Sangitaka Grha resources is governed by specific terms and conditions, and refunds will not be issued for any breach or misuse.
7. Archiving Recordings
- Digital Products: Issue of digital products, such as archived recordings, are non-refundable. Once a recording is accessed or downloaded, it is final.
- No Reissue or Redistribution: Digital content Issued from Charsur Arts Foundation may not be resold or redistributed. Refunds will not be provided in case of violation of this policy.
8. General Terms for All Events and Promotions
- Non-Refundable Transaction Fees: Any transaction fees or service charges levied during the issue of passes process are non-refundable.
- Force Majeure: In circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or pandemics, Charsur Arts Foundation reserves the right to modify or enforce the no refund policy in a fair manner.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding transactions will be handled in accordance with the terms of this No Refund Policy.
9. Donations
- Non-Refundable Contributions: All donations made to Charsur Arts Foundation are non-refundable. We appreciate your generosity and support in furthering our mission to preserve and promote Carnatic music.
- Donation Allocation: Donations will be allocated to the specific fund or purpose indicated at the time of donation. Charsur Arts Foundation reserves the right to reallocate funds if the specified purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer applicable.
